What was the highlight of Kimpton - Fitzroy London by IHG
A great location, comfy clean rooms but don’t go there at the moment if you want a hot breakfast.
Design and the comfort. The staff were wonderful and engaging. The Social Hour inclusion is a brilliant approach for guests to get to know each other and for us, was such fun!
The ‘hot’ breakfast just wasn’t hot, the serving plates were cold and as a result was awful. This needs to be addressed urgently. Given the status of the hotel, this really surprised us.

Excellent stay
It was our 4th stay at the Kimpton and, as usual, it was excellent. The staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for museums and shopping. Breakfast is superb and we were also left a delicious little cake to celebrate our anniversary.
I was unaware that the hotel was dog friendly and was woken one morning by loud barking. I think next time I will ask to have a room away from dogs.

The staff were amazing and so welcoming. The building is stunning. A perfect place to unwind. The food was great and nothing was too much trouble.
